• Delivery charges are shown before payment
• Pricing errors may result in order cancellation
• Refunds are issued within 14 days where applicable

6. Consumer Cancellation & Exclusions

Cancellation rights apply only to consumers and exclude custom printed or
made-to-order goods once production has begun.

7. Credit Accounts

Credit accounts must be settled by the agreed due date. Interest may be applied
to overdue balances.

8. Delivery & Collection

• Delivery is to the address supplied at checkout
• Goods must be checked immediately upon delivery
• Damaged goods must be refused and reported
• Collection is available by appointment only

9. Foreign Taxes & Duties

Customers outside the UK are responsible for import duties and compliance with
local laws.

10. Defective Goods

Faults must be reported within four weeks. We may repair, replace, or refund at
our discretion.

11. Returns

Returns are accepted only where goods are faulty or by prior agreement.
Custom printed goods are non-returnable unless defective.

12. Disclaimers & Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except where prohibited
by law.

13. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

14. User-Generated Content

Content posted must not be illegal, offensive, misleading or infringe rights.

15. Website Restrictions

You must not misuse the website, scrape data, distribute malware or spam users.
